We are seeking a senior digital marketing analyst to join our dynamic, growing communications team. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, a passion for data visualization, and a demonstrated ability to search for meaningful patterns, trends, and relationships across digital marketing KPIs. You will manage a variety of attribution products including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Display Network and Sprout Social to deliver trending data via Hubspot dashboards and Tableau. As an integral member of our digital team, you will work with cross-functional business stakeholders to analyze the efficacy of campaigns across web, social, and mobile apps.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop measurement strategies to quantify the impact of omnichannel campaigns
  • Lead the implementation of advanced measurement methodologies across our redesigned global website portfolio
  • Find data patterns, develop actionable presentations, and make recommendations to inform digital content strategy, social media, video production, press and media, and other communication programs
  • Enhance and maintain interactive dashboards, data visualizations, and monthly reports
  • Establish and track KPIs relative to direct-to-patient, commercial, and business goals
  • Ensure site measurement tools are consistently and accurately implemented and monitored
  • Serve as a thought leader for digital campaign measurement and conversion optimization
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the United States, Europe and Asia as well as external agencies to onboard, integrate, and maintain data sources

 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, mathematics, data analytics, statistics or related field
  • Experience with web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4), data visualization (Tableau), tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, social pixels), and marketing automation (Hubspot)
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Passion for digital marketing, data exploration, and emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentations skills
  • A passion improving outcomes for heart attack patients, helping others, and making the world a better place
