She/he will identify and implement solutions to attract and retain top talent. This leader will deliver an innovative programs that contributes to employee engagement, high performance, and business success.


The Job:

  • Build a truly innovative global total reward culture
  • Build global programs through benchmarking (merit, performance, compensation, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, analytics, etc) that are sophisticated on the back end driven by the latest research and analytics yet simple for our leaders and teams to adopt
  • Create a compelling executive compensation strategy to ensure we’re attracting and retaining top leaders
  • Partner with HR leader and external compensation consultant to prepare materials for the Organization, Leadership and Compensation committee; work closely with Legal in the preparation of proxy materials.
  • Lead benefit execution, including the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of changes and improvements to the benefits program; maintain benefit plan documents and summary plan description
  • Focus on innovation with evaluation and introduction of engaging wellness programs to support our employees
  • Collaborate and consult with HR Business Partners and Recruiting on offers, promotions, transfers, and develop policies and guidelines to support our continued growth
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to identify tools and communication vehicles that increase employee understanding of total rewards programs and the value they deliver.
  • Partner with HR operations and Payroll to enable smooth execution of compensation and benefit tactics and continuously improve processes
  • Accountable for compensation and benefit internal and external audits; Ensures compliance with federal, state, local and foreign laws and regulations in all our markets
  • Work with the central HRIS team to ensure data integrity, accuracy and privacy requirements are met (incl. EU GDPR)
  • Be a champion and advocate for cultural initiatives across the company.
  • Manage external vendor relationship



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, finance, business or related field
  • 10 years progressive experience in total rewards, with a focus on executive compensation, base compensation, market pricing, variable pay, job evaluation/architecture, and cost modeling on a global scale
  • Previous experience partnering with Executive teams, Board of Directors, and Compensation Committee in a public company. Ability to influence C-level Executives; Deep understanding of executive compensation
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred 
  • Global experience so as to understand the challenges, opportunities and interdependencies that underpin an integrated Global Total Reward approach
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a high focus on accuracy and follow-through and strong attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills, including building powerpoint presentations and comfort presenting to all levels of the organization
  • Roll up your sleeves mentality; this is a leadership position but you will still be involved in individual contributor work
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, high growth, and deadline-oriented environment
