We are looking for an innovative Talent Operations & Analytics leader who is passionate about simplicity, technology and operational excellence. This leader will create a Global HR Operations infrastructure that is scalable, agile, and seamless to eliminate unnecessary complexity and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire HR process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the global HR team, drive a comprehensive review and mapping of existing HR processes and systems to create best practice solutions
  • Guide the evaluation of scalable technology to build appropriate infrastructure for our growth projections and improve efficiency and simplification
  • Create a cohesive digital experience that drives engagement and improves processes so they are faster and more efficient
  • Execute the transformation of data to enable the HR team to build reporting, dashboards, and tracking methodology that delivers actionable insights to the business, including employee data, performance metrics, audits, onboarding, forecasts, etc.
  • Utilize expert project/program management skills to implement action plans for large scale projects including but not limited to enhancing overall performance management design and implementation; Employee Handbook and policy development;; engagement survey launch, analysis and action planning; evolving employee experience through robust onboarding plan
  • Champion and drive a culture that embraces innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration, being an ambassador of company vision and mission
  • Responsible for ensuring clear workflows, processes, SOPs, and policies across the HR function and with Finance, Legal, and IT
  • Develop and manage budget for HR Operations and coordinate budget process for all HR, ensuring effective management of resources aligned with department and company goals
  • Ensure People Operations audit and control processes are developed and own overall accountability for the internal control environment including adherence to all relevant statutory and compliance requirements for all states and countries that we operate within
  • This is a hands-on role and the incumbent will be expected to balance the strategy, while overseeing the day to day of HR operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, advanced degree and/or SHRM/PHR certification preferred
  • 12+ years' progressive leadership experience in related HR functions, including HR operations, HRIS, performance management
  • Deep experience leading, building and developing teams
  • Demonstrated HRIS knowledge; previous experience with leading collaborative transformation of process and/or technology improvements
  • Master at managing change with prioritization and can effectively communicate and motivate teams through transformation
  • Expert level analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyze & visualize data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
  • Advanced project management skills - ability to handle multiple projects at once and competing priorities. Organized, extremely detail-oriented and execution-focused
  • Strong understanding of and experience with the entire employee life-cycle management process and with a global HR Services model, experience with German and Japan HR processes is preferred
  • Success with service delivery, evolving the employee experience, process optimization and utilizing new technology solutions
  • Strong client facing skills with a flexible communication style and the ability to communicate complex concepts and analytics in a structured manner
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high stakes and change-driven environment

 

Preferred

  • Lean Six Sigma certification
  • PMP or CAPM certification
