Your day might look like:                                   

  • Coordinate and execute all logistics for specified employee and customer meetings.  This includes, but is not limited to, planning and preparing for a large virtual or hybrid meeting, being aware and up to date on all the current technology for events, gathering materials for courses and events, sourcing and securing event locations, taking reservations, creating a registration website, organizing travel and ground transportation, making hotel accommodations, sourcing food & beverage, and requesting payment for physician reimbursement, honoraria, program deposits, etc.           
  • Ensure that feedback from all meetings is collected, analyzed, and reported out to business owners.
  • Administer events data in or similar, and also analyze the data and/or run reports to track trends, etc.      
  • Manage budgets for multiple events at once
  • Maintain and update our internal calendar of programs.          
  • Assist in development of marcom material for professional education and internal event curriculum.      


What we need from you:

  • 35% domestic travel may be required
  • Enjoy a hybrid working environment
  • Good presentation skills
  • BA/BS in Marketing or related degree required
  • 2-4 yrs. experience in meetings and conventions planning
  • Project management skills; able to juggle multiple projects and balance competing priorities
  • Able to interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels within the organization
  • Thrives when collaborating with others; a relationship builder
  • Excellent time management skills and a multi-tasker
  • Thrives on deadlines, detail-oriented, effectively manages multiple projects concurrently
  • Motivated self-starter able to identify issues and propose solutions without being asked 
  • Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite
