Abiomed is looking for an exceptional Corporate Recruiter with a passion for finding top talent into a mission driven organization. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging and hire A players that will make an impact for a fast growing medical device company. A successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to learn their business, understand their hiring needs, and design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to hire top talent.   



  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, engagement, screening and hiring.
  • Facilitate high quality recruiting strategy meetings by identifying sourcing and recruiting plans to meet short and long term business objectives.
  • Coach Hiring Managers on the interview and selection process to ensure optimal selection of top talent
  • Continually network with internal and external talent to build a proactive pipeline.
  • Participate in Talent Acquisition related projects in either a team member capacity as the subject matter expert, or as a lead on projects with a medium to large scope/budget.

Job Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field
  • 4-6 years overall recruiting experience
  • Experience leveraging social media to source and attract talent
  • Proven success with directly engaging & hiring A+ Talent
  • Highly motivated, results driven and able to work independently as well as with the team
  • High commitment to customer service to internal and external clients
