The Associate Product Manager is responsible for assisting the Upstream Marketing Product Management team in a variety of business-critical assignments with opportunity to own and drive key projects from the early conception of product life cycle to the completion of limited-market-release readiness and the transition to full-market-release in collaboration with the downstream marketing.  This is an incredible opportunity to join a high-performing, innovative company at the forefront of heart recovery solutions for patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build deep understanding of target markets, including evolving technology and healthcare trends, competitive dynamics, unmet needs, and geographic-specific factors.
  • Gain actionable customer insight, testimonies and recommendations by participating in primary/secondary research, visiting customers, and engaging internal/external stakeholders.
  • Collect feedback through stakeholders interviews, first hand observations, human factors assessment, first in man, pilot sites, and limited market release.
  • Prepare documentation, instructions for use, literatures and collaterals for new products, working cross-functionally with engineering, marketing and education
  • Assist the Product Management team with the opportunity to own and drive key projects, while partnering with cross-functional teams to execute on time and on plan.
  • Provide operational and execution support including effective coordination, tracking and reporting to ensure successful global launch/introduction of new products and services ready for market release.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or directly related business field.
  • Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate ideas and information clearly, effectively, and frequently (oral and written).
  • Demonstrated comfort making data-supported recommendations and building a strong business case/justification to gain organizational support is critical.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills required.
  • Proven commitment to proactive planning, thoroughness and excellent execution.
  • Excellent team work and coordination, professionalism and discipline.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. 
  • Self-reliant; takes initiative; results-oriented; collaborative and boundariless
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in product management/development, marketing, sales or related field preferred.
  • Industry or clinical background in Interventional Cardiology, Surgery, Cardiac ICU preferred.
  • MBA preferred
